Returns

Our returns policy is 14 days from date of purchase. Within this 14 day period, you may return an item to store if you are unhappy with it for any reason, for a refund or exchange. If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tickets attached. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt only (bank transactions and statements will not be accepted). Returns will not be accepted if no proof of purchase is given. Postage costs will not refunded. Several types of goods are non-returnable, these are as follows; Gift cards, underwear, earrings, sale items, reduced items, socks, tights. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if an item is returned more than 14 days after delivery, the returns will be invalid and no refund or exchange will be offered.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This can take up to 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and or method of payment and wait for the allotted 2 week time frame on returns. If you still have not received your return or any contact from us please email us at info@jesuismojo.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items and other reduced priced items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are happy to offer exchanges on items if they are unwanted for any reason, the wrong size, or faulty. Exchanges will only be given if items are returned to us as per the conditions outlined in the returns section above. Please note on your return items invoice what you would like to exchange the item for or email us at info@jesuismojo.com and send your item to: 36 Gold Street Tiverton GB EX16 6PY. We will do our best to offer exchanges where appropriate.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty the returns time frame is extended to 30 days. Please Email us outlining the fault and provide proof of purchase and photo evidence of the fault. Email us at info@jesuismojo.com . Once we have inspected your email we may ask you to provide further evidence or we may ask you to post the item back to us. We will, where possible, offer to fix the item, exchange the item, offer a partial refund to get the item fixed or offer a full refund when these instances are not possible. In the instance of faulty items we will contact our suppliers and therefore a refund or replacement may take slightly longer than the 2 week time frame. In this instance we will contact you with regular updates. In extreme cases, if we feel the fault is not our doing we hold the right to withdraw our offer of a replacement or refund. To return your product, you can post your product to: 36 Gold Street Tiverton GB EX16 6PY or bring it into one of our stores on Gold Street, Tiverton: Mademoiselle Mojo, Monsieur Mojo, Raffy & Me. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
